Step 3: Room Rental Fees
Note:
You will need to pick up the keys 2 days prior of your event. I am in the Ault Fire Station (10660 Hwy 14) from 9:00 to 3:30 M-F. Please let me know if these hours do not work for you and I will try to make other arrangements.
Please bring 2 checks: 1) for the rental fee 2) for the damage deposit. I will hold the deposit check until the key has been returned, and the room has been cleaned.
Please see the Room Rental Agreement for pricing. The rental fee is determined by your address. Please bring proof of address.
In-District
Anyone that lives inside the Ault-Pierce Fire District (Proof Required)
- Basic Room Rental | $25 | Birthday parties, baby showers, wedding, showers ect...
- Business/Meetings | $35 | Local businesses that need a place to hold meetings at no charge
- For Profit | $75 | Any event where money is charged to attend or purchase goods/services
- Damage Deposit | $150 | A Damage Deposit is due with all room rentals. This can be made via check or cash in addition to the fee
Out of District
Any patron who resides outside of the Ault-Pierce Fire District
- Basic Room Rental | $75 | Birthday parties, baby showers, wedding, showers ect...
- Business/Meetings | $100 | Businesses that need a place to hold meetings at no charge
- For Profit | $200 | Any event where money is charged to attend or purchase goods/services
- Damage Deposit | $150 | A Damage Deposit is due with all room rentals. This can be made via check or cash in addition to the fee
